Two weeks ago I committed to another at home workout program, but one I had NEVER completed before. I had tried a few workouts but literally said I could never complete the entire program because of how hard it was. But am I really someone to back down from a challenge? Nope. Bring on the cardio and agility training!
The reason I’m succeeding 14 days in and getting results already? I’m not alone in this program. I’m doing this specific one alongside one of my best friends! Yes, she lives in Connecticut and we workout virtually together, but that’s freaking awesome. We’re also running a bootcamp this month with over 20 women on their own health journeys too. Talk about serious motivation and accountability!
