For those of you that don’t know, from the ages of 3-20 years old, I was a dancer. Ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, you name it, I did it! It was a huge part of my life for so long and ever since I stopped dancing, I have missed it! SOOO…Instead of trying to relive my glory days, I found an alternative - Barre! It incorporates ballet, pilates and weights so as you can see I am still able to get in my “grand battments” (ballet terminology😜) AND a ramped up total body workout. I guess you can say I get the best of both worlds. 💁🏼It helps too when your teacher has a ballet background 😍 So if you’re like me and wanting to feel like you are a “dancer” again and get back to your “ballet body.” I highly recommend a barre class at #FitnessSocial
