Hello, my name is Heather O'Lynn. I'm a 42 year old Certified Medical Assistant, mother of two, ages 9 and 22, with a 22 month old grand daughter, this is my Thrive Experience.
I was the biggest skeptic, never believed in trying anything that anyone wanted to sell me. Being a bikini competitor I have been approached by everything. I had never heard about Thrive until a co-worker/friend posted a pic wearing a cute DFT and said, "I feel amazing, no naps, no coffee, energy all day." We worked together for five years. Curious, I gave her a call, she explained it's three simple steps, takes 20 minutes of your morning. I laughed, but I trusted her, so I said, "Why not, what do I have to lose?" I didn't start right away. I blew it off, continued to go about my days. Waking up with my annoying alarm at 5 am. I'm not a morning person, don't look or talk to me til I have my first cup of strong coffee.
Then it's go time rushing to get my son to morning care, which makes me so sad leaving him two hours before school starts, stop and buy two energy drinks, to get me through my morning. By 2pm I would need two shots of espresso to finish out my work day. I hit the gym every day after work, to get my energy back up, I would take a pre work that gave me jitters, feel bloated, but could go hard in the gym just to crash afterwards, get home tired, wanting to just go to bed. That doesn't happen being a single mom, homework, dinner, etc. with a cranky attitude. Just to do it all over again the next day.
I finally called my friend, and said, "I'm ready for a change". She gave me a sample pack to start until my order came in.
woke up, did my three simple steps and went about my day as usual. About 11am I noticed I hadn't had any coffee and I forgot my energy drinks. My attitude was happier, little more pep in my step. Lunch time I was smiling ear to ear not even knowing why! I called my friend, and said, "What in the world is this stuff and will it continue every day this way all day?" We laughed, she said, "Yes, all day every day and only gets better." Finished work, on my way to the gym didn't take my pre work out and had an amazing work out (cont’d 👇🏿)
