4 days until Unslient Night : Sacramento! In honor of #tongueouttuesday
, I’m highlighting Truitt Bark Park in today’s countdown.
Situated on the corner of 19th & Q Streets, Truitt Bark Park is one of the newest public use spaces in Midtown on what was once a long-empty and ugly lot. Now the lot features 2 dog parks--one for small dogs and one for big dogs--as well as a community garden. I take my pup there almost every day during the week and have met some nice people and, more importantly, the goodest dogs around. 🐶 When we pass by Truitt Bark Park, we will see the now famous BARK that announces the park in big bold fashion with a themed mural by local artist S.V. Williams. Flip through the photos for the before and after of Truitt Bark Park and the BARK sign.
Your pups are welcome to join Unsilent Night : Sacramento. Please make sure that they will do well in a walking crowd with music. --Mary Anne💁🏻♀️ #tongueouttuesday #tot #sactowndogs #truittbarkpark #localart #916dogfriendly #wheremydogsat
