The best damn breakfast I've had in a long time, from @gatheredkitchen mushroom bruschetta with pumpkin puree, tahini, tamari mushrooms, almond fetta and sprouts. Seriously can't recommend enough. Don't forget to try the croissants and the matcha latte! Definitely going to make this place a regular spot 😍
Raw homemade bars! So simple to make.
49g of protein all together🌱
1 cup oats - 16g
10 dates - 5g
3 tbsp chia seeds - 5g
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds - 9g
4 tbsp almond butter - 14g
1 tbsp maple syrup.
Mix all together by hand or blender, then put in container. Cut into pieces, and store in freezer or fridge.
This is the perfect bar to have on the go. Almost better than any meal anyway😄 I divided into four(12.25g protein a bar, 487 calories), you might want to divide into smaller amount and enjoy! Do not eat all at once..

i can guarantee your friday night isn’t as mad as mine 👍 it’s not even 10pm and i’m in bed eating christmas chocolate and watching netflix 😂 tbf i’ve had less than 5 hours sleep every day this week and i was up and running at 6am this morning (woke before then 🤷🏽♀️) so safe to say i’m pretty knackered 😅 i’m really gonna try hard to get to bed very soon and get as much sleep as i can 😴😴 this chocolate is from the moo free xmas selection box btw!! they’re selling them at aldi atm but supermarkets and holland and barratt sell them too 👌🏻👌🏻
