    I've always said that I would be honest with you all. This is what happens in three days when you go away for an early Christmas ! How fast the weight goes back on when you endugle in a little tooooo much festive food. Too many sweet treats & carbs! Am I mad? Usually I would be! I would be so mad. But I'm actually ok with it . I am however going to work my arse off this week & drop 1.8!! I would rather go into Christmas this weekend having lost this 1.8 then gaining another 2kg on top!! One thing I do is have a bad day (or a few in my case) & get straight back into being strict, there is no giving up and reverting back to old habits permanently.. Even though some days I want to. I am a changed woman & I know how to pull in the reigns!! ALWAYS get back up when you fall down. ALWAYS! But even though I love tracking macros & counting calories ๐Ÿ“โค๏ธ , not everyone shares my enthusiasm... - For some, it's just not their thing... which is totes cool. You do NOT have to track or count to successfully lose weight (you do have to be in a calorie deficit, though ๐Ÿ˜‰) - However, I feel like a lot of people who dislike tracking & counting don't realize how flexible it can be. You see, most people who tell me they hate counting calories say it's too monotonous for normal life โ€” that eating the same number of each day doesn't allow for much flexibility. - Well, here's the thing โ€”> You do NOT have to eat the same number of calories or macros every single day! Similar to how your week-to-week weight average is more important than your day-to-day weight, your average weekly calorie intake is far more relevant than how many calories you're eating on any specific day. - Knowing that, there's a lot to do that'll make your calorie intake work for YOU! (hehe, that rhymed kinda ๐Ÿค“) - This graphic shows three ways you can "manipulate" your weekly calorie intake to fit your preferences. These aren't the only three, but they're the most common ones I've used myself and/or implemented with clients. Personally, I like to eat (roughly) the same number of calories each day, but that's because I enjoy predictability and simplicity. I have clients who hate static calories and prefer cycling their calories based on when they workout or to accommodate their weekend partying ๐Ÿป - The Bottom Line โœ…: an essential part of becoming a successful dieter is figuring out how to follow your diet with consistency, and while there's nothing magical about calorie cycling, it can be an excellent tool for creating a more enjoyable plan ๐Ÿ‘ โ€”โ€”โ€”

Today - it just tastes damn good and there are thousands of varieties and even Chicken and Turkey have gotten in on the action. . Sausage, although typically seen as a source of protein, can be fatty. A pork sausage link can contain 3-4g of protein while containing 10-12 grams of fat. . Leaner animals will have more protein and less fat. . Does that mean you should avoid pork sausage - No. Does it mean pork sausage is bad - No. .     Meet Andric [@artsynnyc] - a triathlete in theย ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ! ๐ŸŠย ๐Ÿšด ๐Ÿƒ - Q: When did you get into health and fitness and what inspired you to do so? A:ย Around 2011, I weighed ~200 lbs (~90kg) with a waist size of 38". I was going to the gym and I thought I was fit. (Far from it!) I was overweight. I had shin splints. And, I could not even walk fast, let alone run. My inspiration was a desire to experience a more fulfilled life, not just get by. I wanted to experience LIFE! In order to do that, I had to live a healthier life. I changed my lifestyle and my way of thinking. - Q: How has living healthy and fit changed/impacted your life? A: These changes have impacted my life in more ways than one can imagine. It was NOT easy. I remember when I finally made the decision and joined a fitness plan/program. I was excited but nervous as well. I was frustrated and angry for being overweight. I took all that anger and frustration and worked out really hard and focused on nutrition. I learned to eat the right food at the correct times. Once I saw incremental results, I was hooked. I lost 30 lbs. over a period of time. The goal was to just jog around Central Park. One goal led to another and before I knew it I was competing in races; short distance to 1/2 to full marathons. My attitude in life changed and everything seemed possible. When you feel and look good your confidence gets a massive boost! Losing weight and getting fit changed my outlook on life. It gave me a confidence boost in all venues of life. I am still learning and getting better at swimming. My next big adventure is Ironman 70.3 next August in Maine. Who knows, after that a full Ironman...stay tuned! - Q: What's one thing you would like to share with other health and fitness enthusiasts out there? A: I have 3; PPF (patience, practice and focus). Be patient, practice discipline and focus on your goals. Avoid static noise around you. I use this as my mantra in training and in life.
