I'm going to be honest. These workouts are the only thing that are keeping me sane right now. I'm at home with these kids all day and I don't get any breaks. These half an hour (sometimes 45 minute) workouts are all I have. It's as close to "alone time" as I'll get. . 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ So right now, I'm going to chug my Pre-Workout, lace up my runners, and do something for me. .
