Been quiet on social media lately. So much change happening and new adventures. New job 👩🏼⚕️, new school 👩🏼🏫, new gym, same gut probs, trying new foods and eliminating some. Some of you may know, I recently left my job for a new one that better fits the needs of my family. I recently started a nurse practitioner program to further my education. I also recently stopped doing beachbody and started CrossFit 🏋🏼♀️. Although, BB helped me lose a great amount of weight and helped me with my nutrition I am ready to move on. I think it was a great foundation for me and now I am ready to try something new, step out of my box and lift heavy things 👊🏻. I am so happy with my decision and already feel stronger and faster 🏃🏻. I am gaining muscle 💪🏻 (and some fat). My nutrition 👩🏼🌾 hasn't been the greatest. I am trying to figure out my GI problems 🤢 which means a whole bunch of trial and error with foods and supplements. Extremely happy with all my decisions and ready for this new chapter.
First time having meat in about 4 months 🙌🏻. It's as good as I remember. Just some ground chicken to kick things off 🎉.
