Offseason goal: focusing on progress, not perfection.
Whale whale whale, this is what we’re currently working with.
It’s been around 7.5 weeks since I was on stage, and we’ve managed to not become a water-logged Cheerio. 🤗🤗
While I admit I’ve had my share of uncompliance, I’m pretty happy with how my body has reacted to both the increase in calories as well as throwing around heavier weights in the gym.
I’m really trying to listen to my body’s natural cues, and man it’s a lot harder than I expected. I’m a very regimented person who does best with structure and scheduling, so making the transition from a structured prep, into a Long improvement season proves to be more difficult than I expected. But hey, I’m never one to shy away from a challenge 😼
2019 will be my year.
