Hey Instagram! Life is crazy good. My husband and I bought a house, I love my job, my friends, my hobbies, my future. The one thing I'm unhappy with is my weight. Since getting my new job last year, I've gained another 30 pounds. 🙈 A combination of sitting all day, stress, and emotional eating have been to blame. Well, really >> I << am to blame, but you get it. In any case, I'm looking for some way to kick start some change. I need your help!
