What better way to start Friday? Got a busy 12 hours ahead of me with work, physio, and then packing up to go to the wedding tomorrow ☝🏽
I planned my training so that I could get all my sessions in around the tasks I had to get done before the weekend (getting a suit, physio etc.).. however it has meant that performance hasn't been as good in the gym this week.
Getting to the gym late and doing a lot of steps throughout the day has taken it's toll and I haven't moved forward quite as I'd liked this week. Frustrating but life goes on around the gym and I've certainly made progress nevertheless.. having said that I'm very much looking forward to getting back to business as usual next week. PBs come at me.
