I love gyms, this is not an anti-gym post, however I’m very proud to say that these results were achieved at home. I bring this up because I feel it’s important that you all understand that results can also be achieved outside of the conventional settings. With a decent set of dumbbells, a workout band and a pull-up bar I’ve been able to transform my body quite a bit in the past 4 months. The formula is no surprise: I follow a nutrition plan with a sustainable, long term philosophy (yes, I still drink beer and eat carbs), I use personal training style, guided workouts (streamed online, at home) and I fuel my body with superfoods in the form of a nutrition shake that I drink for lunch every day. That’s the formula, nothing fancy. The trick is consistency. And believe it or not, me coaching others through this process has been the greatest form of accountability for me as well. A total win-win.
For those curious, the next date I’ll begin coaching clients through this program is January 8th. I’ll teach you everything you need for success in this department. So, if you’re motivated by the new year and want to improve your overall health, fitness and nutrition, leave a comment below or message me so we can schedule a time to chat and figure out whether you and I are a good fit. This is not the only way to achieve results, but it’s absolutely one that works. #ItMightNotBeEasyButItWillBeWorthIt
