No, I'm not vegetarian. However, I do enjoy a meatless meal from time to time. Still protein packed from quinoa, black, kidney and northern beans, and edemame beans👌🏻There's chopped onion, sweet potato, and crushed fire roasted tomatoes. I made this one up in my own with whatever I could find in the kitchen😌 -
I must say, it's delicious and very filling. I think I could eat salads and chili every day.... And I basically do😁 They're easy to make in bulk so I have left overs for the week and it's all made in one pan so the clean up isn't too bad!
