I talked in my IG story about how we are doing a gluten elimination for 4 weeks for Ev- and because we want this to feel very normal for him- we are all in! So, for the next 4 weeks we are a gluten free household (except for an IPA or two for MB once our "Dry January" wraps at the end of the month 🍺) Tonight, we had a big spread! I made veggies 3 different ways: Roasted rainbow carrots 🥕 slathered in @fourthandheart
Madagascar vanilla bean ghee & cinnamon (these smelled like donuts- I'm not kidding) • Crispy 🥔 Chips: Thinly sliced baby red 🥔 with @chosenfoods
avocado oil, Himalayan pink salt & pepper all roasted until crispy • Grilled veggies (zucchini, summer squash, red bell, 🍄 and purple onion) marinated in @tessemaes
Zesty Ranch. I filled my bowl with all these veggies, half an 🥑 and @beaglebayorganics
kraut. Perfect bowl! I made grass-fed beef burgers for my meat eaters and had a big bowl of berries🍓🍇 & grapes. Day 2 has been a total success- now I just need to tackle the lunchbox 🎒tomorrow. If you've got any tried & tested GF products you LOVE please let me know below! Good night, sweet friends!
