|| Switching it up || • Alternating my training 🏋🏻 split slightly for the next 2 months. Previously I've trained as follows: Chest&Triceps - Back&Biceps - Shoulders - Legs • However, I've found that my arm 💪🏼 exercises always seem to get squeezed on the end after a big Chest/Back workout. As such, I feel that my Chest/Back/Shoulders have been growing relatively more quickly than my arms. • It will be a very minor change, simply to up the frequency 📈 of my arm targeting, as follows: Chest&Triceps - Back&Biceps - Shoulders&Triceps - Legs&Biceps • I will continue to have at least 1 rest day 🛌 per week , and am not strict about where this falls. • The key 🔑 is to make the alterations that will result in the changes that YOU need to see, not 🚫 to follow the split of someone else who has developed a plan that specifically works for them.
