There is a reason I've been a lil bit on the quieter side.
•Miami was fun & we did eat a lot of things our bodies aren't use to.
•Mike had a bad gastritis attack (like immobile, ER) It's been so stressful & chaotic to say the least.
•I always let stress get the best of me, but this is good - some good breakthroughs came out of this tho.
•Another thing I noticed. I started to look for natural foods that will prevent & alleviate these attacks.
•I found some interesting Superfoods that really help like:
Holy Basil, Chlorella, Moringa, Chia, Flax... & I was like wait a minute I've heard of these before.
•Those things are in our shake! Then I asked him when was the last time he drank it & he "a few days before the attack" 😡
•Uh really?!? not anymore! I REALLY underestimate this shake.
•So for now, bland rice, gluten free, shake, Papaya juice, Mint tea, Garlic & Ginger..
•That will be our diet for a little by. Yes I'm included myself in it, because everything is easier when we do it together. If I don't buy the crap, he can't eat the crap.
•When I'm out & about I may treat myself ☺️
