Orangetheory Fitness is heart rate based high intensity interval group training. We utilize technology to maximize your workout and also get you into the EPOC zone also know as the afterburn, a phenomenon that occurs once you reach 85% of your max heart rate for 12-20 minutes within a 1 hour workout. The Orangetheory philosophy is to get you in the after burn zone so you will continue to burn 300-400 calories for up to 36 hours after your workout. In a OTF work out you will burn from 500-1000 calories as well.
