So I've trying to implement more compound movements into my training. I love deadlifts but I feel like my form could be tweaked to be so much better. I love taking these videos and seeing where I could fix my form. I noticed my head wasn't in a neutral position the whole time, I should've engaged my lats more to keep my shoulders from shrugging at the top, etc etc. I'm also not that strong at these (relatively) and I want to build up my strength. I just need to make sure I have proper form before I add the weight on. I'm not being harsh or negative on myself because I know I tried really hard and still had a good session, I just know that I can always improve and if it's gonna help me pull more weight then I'm all for it 🤗. It's only been a year for me lol, I still consider myself a noob in some aspects 😂. Constructive criticism is welcome!
