Who else is Sweating for their Wedding?? 👰🙋🏻 This morning was rough. Really rough. Yesterday was such a blessing to have been able to spend it with family & our bridesmaids and groomsmen. But man, neither of us wanted to get up...well, Aria did. 🤦🏻♀️ Once again, she was up and energized before either of us lol. #kidlife
The last three days took a toll on me. My eating wasn’t the best. I indulged in wine and treats. I celebrated as anyone would. But my body was like 🙅🏻✋🏼 I completed a 50 minute workout today but it was a massive struggle. Why didn’t I quit? Because I owed it to my body. It was my apology for fueling it so poorly the last three days.
So, back on track today! Staying home to relax, eat 💯 and get all my planning & prepping done for a great week ahead!
I am going to rock this wedding dress next year. My first wedding, I was pregnant & even at our 1 yr anniversary reception we had, I was 60-70lbs overweight. So continuing to be fit & healthy is a huge priority of mine. Events, Special Occasions, and well, Life happens...but what you will never see is me quitting!
