CHRISTMAS IS EARLY! As you guys know, I've been part of a 45 day challenge in the gym. The challenge started on Nov 12th, and it ends on Dec 25th. They usually declare a weekly winner for each of the weeks, and guess what? I'M THE WEEKLY WINNER FOR ALL 4 WEEKS! 🤘🙆💃 So, @fitnessfirstindia showered me with gifts - got a sports jacket, a bag and a sipper! Feels like Christmas already 💫🌲🌟 👑 Take everything as a challenge and aim to progress everyday. 👑 Set ONE goal and stay FOCUSED. My goal initially was to lose fat without building muscle, so I did weight training. 👑 Give your 100% - there's no use half assing things, you're only cheating yourself. 👑 Take pictures of yourself. The scale might not move but the camera can show you things you never thought possible. 👑 Lastly, set realistic goals. No point saying you want to lose 10kg in 1 month - it's unhealthy and if you don't succeed, you'll feel demotivated. Set smaller goals that you can smash! Want to do your own challenge?
