Is it just me or is Friday the worst day to train🙃 Feel weak AF always on a friday🙈 Failed the second set of military press which you can see in the video and I wanted to keep it there to show you that not everyday I am hitting PBS or getting every lift I want, I fail too I just try again next week🤗

did today at the bottom of the post if you want to give it a go over the weekend🤗 It's not ALL legs and glutes🙊.
We added in some different variations of shoulder press and lateral raises to keep it interesting so they are worth a go💃🏼
▪️Military Press 5Sets: First 3Sets we worked up in weight aimed for 6-8reps. Last 2sets we dropped the weight down and did 12-15reps.
▪️Shoulder press 4Sets 10reps one arm (keeping the other arm up) 10reps the other arm and then 10reps both together.
▪️Lateral Raises 4Sets 10Reps each arm separately the. 10reps together
▪️DB Flys SUPERSET w/ 90degree lateral raises 4Sets 15Reps each
▪️Tricep push down 4sets 15reps SUPERSET w/ Diamond push-ups till failure🔥🔥
