    I went to aerial yoga again tonight 😁🙃but I wasn’t in the mood for pictures. I’ve been addressing my funk by watching insane amounts of Walking Dead 🧟‍♀️and packing up my apartment! 💆🏻‍♀️I’m moving into my best friends new house! She’s graciously assigned me both bedrooms on the first floor and the bathroom. I’m so excited! So far I have 5 boxes and I honestly may only need 5 more. Tomorrow I’ll be painting my new place and I hope to finish moving the boxes I’ve made this week. All that will be in addition to my boxing/mma workouts! Look out Monday!

    🍂THANKSGIVING recipe below!! Ditch dairy this year with my super simple mashed potatoes 🥔. Double or triple the recipe if you have a lot of people to feed. Oh and no one will be able to tell the difference😉 INGREDIENTS 10-12 small gold/red potatoes (preferably organic) 1/2 can full fat coconut milk* 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp sea salt Black pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Boil potatoes until soft. Drain and mash with all ingredients. Done! These are super thick, so if you prefer them thinner just pour in some hot water for desired consistency. *if your coconut milk has separated (a solid chunk of coconut fat and water), just use half the water and half the cream. 🍂Mashed potatoes are probably my favorite side at thanksgiving, whats yours?!🍂

    Alright all of you cheesy cheesers! This one’s for YOU! 🧀 🧀 🧀 You Mac N’Cheese lovers! (You know who you are). This. Is. Not. Boxed Hamburger Cheesy Helper. No, no. This is: roasted vegetables, Red LENTIL pasta (@traderjoes made with red lentils and that is all💥), local grass-finished beef, and CHEESE SAUCE THAT IS NOT cheese. Whaaaat are you talking about, you say?! Hold on. Hold on. Oh my. It is so good, you just need to make it. Instead of cheese, it is made with butternut squash, cauliflower, onion, nutritional yeast, sea salt and lemon juice AND IT IS SO TASTY!! Seriously, it is. I’m telling you. Wow. Just wow.
