I am blown away by my newest recipe! These are seriously the most scrumptious cupcakes I’ve ever tasted! These are extreme home-made! Made my own flour, the cacao is fair trade and freshly ground from cacao nibs, there’s ZERO SUGAR, no eggs, no soy, and no dairy. The frosting is raw vegan and contains ZERO OIL and ZERO SUGAR. The flavors are off the charts and I will probably be using this recipe in a future book. Oh and did I mention, this recipe development was for true love! Hubby’s birthday is on Christmas and he begged me for a chocolate cake that reminded him of his childhood, I did better and BOY is he HAPPY! I will be using my recipe to create a beautiful birthday cake for him and will post on Christmas! Yay!
