Breakfast: was the smoothie bowl I posted earlier today, but also every morning I have that lemon detox tea mixed with APC and 1/2 a lemon.
Snack 1: 2 boiled eggs seasoned with cayenne & pink salt.
Snack 2: probs like 3/4c roasted sweet potato chunks (cold).
Lunch: 1/4c non fat refried beans mixed with 2T @traderjoes
sriracha hummus stuffed inside mini bell peppers + 2 servings of natural deli turkey + un pictured sea salt eat enlightened bean crisps.
Dinner: apple, butternut squash, and chicken salad dressed with 1tsp EVOO, lots of APC, coconut aminios, and some fresh lemon juice. Also had a small red plum on the side.
Dessert: a vanilla cashew @squareorganics
crisp protein bar lathered in @legendaryfoods
blueberry cinnamon bun raw cashew butter😛😛😛
