After a couple of days away from healthy eating and the portion control system, I'm back on it with a vengeance to stay as clean and lean as possible before I have my Christmas Day bucks fizz in bed! (and Boxing Day .....!) I'm not one for details, and I get it if you think portion control sounds like a pain in the posterior. That's what I thought too. But it's not. It took me literally 2 minutes to work out my daily calorie intake based on my lifestyle, weight and exercise routine. I'm still on my calorie target for weight loss as I still want to lose just a few more pounds, then I'll move onto my maintenance calorie intake.
Given my calorie target, I'm allowed 4 portions of vegetables, 3 of fruits, 4 of proteins, 3 of carbs, 1 of healthy fats, 1 of seeds and dressings and 4 of oils and nut butters every day.
This little beauty below took up 1 of my proteins, 1 of my fruit, my 1 seeds and dressings and half of one carb portion.
It's 1 container of fruits: mixed berries and 1/4 banana
1 container of protein: greek yoghurt
1 container of seeds and dressings: chia seeds and omega mix
1/4 carbs: dash of almond milk
The portion fix control system works. It's easy to use and you end up eating more than you thought you could do. I NEVER feel deprived and I ALWAYS feel super happy with myself that I'm reaching my goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
When you sign up to join a challenge group of mine, you get the portion fix control system in your box of goodies. It's an integral part of guaranteeing your results.
