Dumb Bro-Gram VS Smart Program By @musclemonsters
If you’re looking to maximize your efforts in the gym, then hammering each muscle group once per week – or spending the majority of your time focusing on small isolation lifts – is not the solution. Sure, you’ll get a nice pump and you’ll likely be sore after your workout, and you may even experience some sizeable gains…but just because something is working, doesn’t mean a better, more effective option doesn’t exist.
You see, “killing” each muscle-group cannot be the focus of your training – it’s an aimless goal. The focal point of your program should be progression, and if progress is the goal, then you’ve got to train smarter. Otherwise you’ll end up like most people in the gym – looking the same year after year!
