Kalau hari- hari exercise, peluh menitik- nitik, sore berhari- hari, and rasa penat sampai terbaring tapi bodyfat tak turun, workout tak improve, mcm tu je levelnya, bentuk badan tak berubah, adakah workout routine anda effective? Adakah itu cukup utk anda? . . #Repost @syattfitness ・・・ 💥YOU KNOW YOUR WORKOUT IS EFFECTIVE IF...💥 - 🍕The most common mistake people make when looking for the "best" workout is chasing a FEELING instead of a RESULT. - 🥕A lot of people, for example, feel like a workout was a waste of time if they didn't sweat. If they don't leave the gym sweaty and exhausted and muscles burning...it wasn't "worth it." - 🍄Along the same lines, ask someone if they like their personal trainer and, if they do, they'll almost always say something along the lines of, "omg YES their workouts kill me, I can barely move when we're done." - 🦄There's nothing wrong with working hard or sweating or being sore. You will get tired and your muscles will burn and you will sweat in many of your workouts. BUT, just because you don't get tired or sore or sweat does NOT mean it was a waste of time. And those feelings don't make your workout any more or less effective. - 🍟The goal of your workout is specific. Get stronger. More defined. Lose body fat. Eliminate pain. Improve posture. There are a million different reasons to workout, each one as valid as the next. - 🏓But don't confuse the FEELING of working hard with an actual RESULT. Because you can sweat and get sore & lose your breath all day...but if you aren't actually seeing clear, physical improvements over time...something needs to change. - #fitness #fitfam #workout #workoutdone #workouts #fitnesscoach #fitnessaddicted #fitnessaddict #fitsporation #fitspiration #fatloss #weightloss #burnfat #fatburn #fatburner #cardio #strengthtraining #strengthcoach #personaltrainer #absworkout #alwaysoptimal #syattfitness

Great post from @syattfitness !! #Repost @syattfitness (@get_repost) ・・・ 💥"HEALTHY" FOODS HIGH IN CALORIES💥 - 💩This is NOT a list of bad foods or off limit foods or foods you should stop eating. This is a list of "healthy" foods that are also high in calories. Because food quality is important. But so is food quantity. And if you want to lose a bit (or a lot) of fat and are having trouble no matter how "healthy" you eat...you might be eating more calories than you suspect. - 🍕I put pizza in here as a joke (mostly to see who would get riled up in the comments without reading the caption) but it also symbolizes an important concept -- flexible dieting. - 🦄Because there is no such thing as a "bad" or "off limits" food. Everything is allowed. The distinction is what should you focus on? What should be emphasized in your diet? Pizza, obviously, shouldn't be a key player. But you can absolutely have it now and again while continuing to make progress. Especially if you can fit it in your calories. But even if you go over your calories, no big deal. Just get right back on track. - 🌵Because you don't reach your goals in a meal or a day or a week or a month. And you don't lose all your progress in a meal or a day or a week or a month. Progress is about consistency, NOT rigidity. And the more you can stay consistent with your diet and lifestyle, the more progress you'll make. - ❤🦄🙏☕️ - #healthylifestyle #healthyfood #healthybreakfast #healthyeating #healthydinner #healthylunch #healthymeals #healthymeal #foodporn #foodprep #mealprep #vegetarian #vegetables #fruit #driedfruit #avocado #avocadotoast #oliveoil #banana #pizza #hummus #alwaysoptimal #syattfitness

From @meowmeix - @syattfitness has serious knowledge bombs on his page! Follow him for daily tips on nutrition and fitness 💪💪 More info on this post below: 💥4 FAKE HEALTH FOODS💥 - 🦄I'm not a fan of calling foods "healthy" or "unhealthy" because, truth is, whatever constitutes "healthy" is dependent on your lifestyle as a whole - not just a single food you eat at one point in time. Too much or too little or anything (water included) isn't good for you. And just like no one ever got fat from eating a doughnut, no one ever got skinny from eating one salad. "Healthy" is your lifestyle as a whole - not one food in isolation. - 🏓That said, there are some foods marketed as "health foods" that are misleading, to say the least. Not because these foods can't be eaten as part of a healthy diet - then can! - but because they aren't as "healthy" as the marketers want you to believe. - ☕️Dried fruit, for example, is wicked high calorie relative to whole fruit and stacked with sugar. Again, not that these are inherently bad for you. But they aren't the best things to center your diet around. - 🎳Same goes for fruit juices, granola, and kale chips. They use something called the "health halo" to make you *think* they're healthy when, in reality, they're calorie dense foods that tend to make you hungrier and crave more rather than fill you up. - 🐣One more time, I'm not saying these foods are bad for you or you can't eat them. I am saying, though, they aren't as "healthy" as some would have you believe. And they probably shouldn't make up a major portion of your diet. - #diet #dieting #dietfood #dietplan #dietmotivation #flexibledieting #dietary #dietitian #nutrient #nutrition #nutritioncoach #nutritionable #nutritionist #healthybreakfast #healthysnacks #healthysnack #healthyfood #healthfood #healthfoods #fatlossfood #fatlosstips #alwaysoptimal #syattfitness - #regrann

💥SQUATS OR DEADLIFTS?💥 - ☕️The fitness industry runs on a continuum of extremes. "Good" exercises and "bad" ones. The "best" and the "worst." "Right" and "wrong." "Healthy" and "unhealthy." Truth is, nothing is so black and white. Everything depends on the individual and their specific needs, goals, preferences, blah blah blah. The only thing that is *for sure* 100% bad is Bellatrix Lestrange because, I mean, look what she did to Neville Longbottom's mum and dad. - 🌵Anyway, a fistful of witches and wizards have recently asked, "what's better, squats or deadlifts?" And, like I told you, one isn't inherently better than the other. They're both fantastic exercises and prioritize two entirely separate, yet equally important, movement patterns. - 🍟With that in mind, don't just do one or the other. Practice both. There are hundreds - if not thousands - of variations of each, and using both patterns within your workouts will allow you to get way leaner and stronger and more athletic than only doing one. - 🦄Keep in mind, you don't need to do barbell squats and deadlifts. Nor do you need to do the two-leg (bilateral) versions. You can use bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, broomsticks, cauldrons, thestrals, and even fang (Hagrid's dog). Regardless of what you choose, just make sure to practice them both and practice them often. Because they're both amazing movements. And they both make you gooder at sex. And people tell me sex is pretty fun. - 🦄❤☕️🙏 - #squat #deadlift #sumodeadlift #conventionaldeadlift #asstograss #backsquat #squats #legday #legworkout #lowerbody #lowerbodyworkout #workout #fitness #fitspo #fitsporation #fitspiration #strengthtraining #strengthcoach #personaltrainer #personaltraining #powerlift #weightlift #strengthandconditioning #alwaysoptimal #syattfitness

💥YOUR MACROS "CHEAT SHEET"💥 - Use this cheat sheet from @syattfitness. It's like bringing a double-sided lightsaber to a normal lightsaber battle. - 🦄Growing up I was an awful student. I mean, like, really bad. Not rude or overly disruptive (except one time I started doing a strip tease in Ms. Notaro's English class but, to be fair, it was Halloween and really funny). But, mostly, I just didn't do well sitting in a classroom memorizing stuff. - ☕️So to get through without flunking, I made these "cheat sheets" to help me condense the most important parts of a topic into a simple, easy to read picture. - 🍄What we have here is your Macro Cheat Sheet. It covers the essentials of the 3 macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) in addition to a few extra "fun facts" alongside alcohol (which is, technically, the 4th macronutrient, sitting at 7 cals/gram). - 🌮Worth nothing, you'll see I included "daily needs" as a section in each post. First, LBM stands for "lean body mass." That's just how much muscle you have in your body, rather than going by your total body weight (which includes much more than just muscle, like fat and bone and water poop and stuff). And, second, please do NOT let the numbers overwhelm you. My standard recommendation still applies --> hit your calories, hit your protein, and the rest will fall into place. Really, I mean it. As long as your calories and protein are in check, you're good to go. - 🙏❤I hope this helps and, as always, any questions leave em below💪 - #bodybuilding #intermittentfasting #flexiblediet #flexibledieter #iifymwomen #aestheticsovereverything #fatlossjourney #gainmuscle #buildmuscle #macro #macros #macronutrients #macronutrient #iifym #ifitfitsyourmacros #macrocounting #caloriecounting #calorie #calories #protein #carbs #carbohydrates #fat #alcohol #egg #eggs #meat #bread #alwaysoptimal #jmaxfitness

@syattfitness ・・・ 💥WHAT'S BEST FOR FAT LOSS?💥 - ☕️I hope you're ready for a poop storm from the "sugar is evil" dementors" and insulin makes you fat" death eaters because this post is going to tear some horcruxes up. - 🏓That said, you and I see calorie comparisons allllll over Instagram lately and most of them come ripe with the message, "eat this, not that" because one is lower/higher in calories than you might expect. - 🌵I think these posts are great. And they do a fantastic job of educating people on the importance of total calorie intake for fat loss/body composition/etc. - 🍟The major issue I have with them, though, is the lack of middle ground. The educational component that just because something is "high calorie"'does NOT mean it's bad for you. It just means it's higher calorie. And you're more than welcome to eat it if you want, just do your best to make sure it fits in your calorie allotment for the day. - 🥕Because, yes, calories are important. But so is individual preference because that drives consistency over the long term. And while I'll choose Cinnamon Toast Crunch over Kashi GoLean 10 times out of 10...its not because it's lower calorie (though, that does help). It's because I fucking love Cinnamon Toast Crunch and if someone told me I had to stop eating it I think I'd have a conniption. - 🦄Long story short, eat what you love and in a way that allows you to be successful long term. No food is inherently good or bad. Healthy or unhealthy. Too much or too little of anything (water included) is bad for you. So be moderate with your diet and do what makes YOU feel best while continuing to make progress. And if that so happens to include Cinnamon Toast Crunch...I salute you. - #cinnamontoastcrunch #cereal #kashi #kashigolean #cinnamon #cinnamonrolls #sugar #cereals #food #breakfast #breakfastinbed #breakfastlover #breakfastclub #breakfastofchamps #breakfastofchampions #carbs #carbcycling #cheatday #cheatmeal #alwaysoptimal #syattfitness

How hydrated are you? We all know staying hydrated is so important and its common to struggle to drink more of what keeps us going! ~Poor hydration contributes to so many things, sometimes we think we are hungry but actually its thirst, but proper hydration is essential for circulation of nutrients around our body, it contributes to increased athletic performance, and improves skin by keeping new cells hydrated. ~To see how hydrated you are pull the skin on your hand, if it bounces back quickly you’re hydrated, if it slowly goes back… reach for a glass of water! I used to be terrible for staying hydrated and when I did drink it was usually teas/coffees and fruit juices. I used to find plain water quite boring though now I’m used to casually drinking plain water all day. But if you do struggle with plain water add a slice of lemon or lime. · My day generally starts with a plain hot water, before or with breakfast. I then aim to have a further 4-6 hot waters through the day. In addition to my hot water I will aim for 4 of my Starbucks cups throughout the day – aiming for 2 before noon and 2 before I leave work at 5pm. · In the afternoon I’ll have either just hot water or join the team at 2pm for a cuppa! which for me is usually some funky tea I’ve picked up like today a skinny tea boosting metabolism by @teahuggers Today I’ve added a coconut water into the mix too, rich in electrolytes, potassium and sodium. Daily I make sure I get some added green into my diet by having a pear and spinach smoothie around 3pm for a refreshing afternoon energy boost! ~ Try setting water goals with colleagues, or timers of when to have finished water by! It can get quite competitive!!! - - - - - #water #hydrate #hydration #drink #h20 #hydrated #waterbottle #fitness #fitspiration #healthyliving #healthylifestyle #alwaysoptimal #skinglow #instaskincare #recovery #balance #wellness #energy #vitamin #booster
